Comment
The sites form part of a wider master planned area that has been adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance alongside the Local Development Plan. The master plan will deliver mixed use development comprising employment, residential, commercial, leisure and green space opportunities. The site is located to the south of Barrhead and is well placed for easy access to the town centre and is in the catchment area for some of Scotland's best performing schools. Public transport and road access make it handy for areas including Newton Mearns, Paisley and Glasgow via the M77/M8 motorway networks.
